Common Questions
Do I need to have the Optimisation Package first?
Ideally, yes. The retainer is designed to maintain and build on a properly optimised profile. If your profile hasn't been optimised yet, I'd recommend starting with the $497 Optimisation Package first - otherwise we'd be maintaining a profile that still has foundational issues.
What happens if I cancel mid-month?
You keep everything that's been delivered up to that point. I'll finish any work already in progress for that month, send your final report, and remove my access. No penalty, no awkwardness.
Can I pause for a month?
Yes. Just let me know before the billing date and we'll skip that month. No charge. You can resume whenever you're ready.
Do you post review responses directly?
No - I draft them and send them to you for approval first. Your voice, your business, your call. If you'd prefer I handle responses directly without approval, that's available as a separate arrangement.
What kind of photos do I need to send?
Phone photos are fine. I'll give you a simple guide during onboarding - things like your workspace, team, recent jobs/results, and seasonal shots. 5-10 per month is plenty. No professional photographer needed.
What does the monthly report actually include?
A clean PDF with two sections: a skimmable summary (what was done, what changed, key metrics) and a technical appendix (search queries, photo views, review trends, competitor activity). You'll see exactly what happened and what's planned for next month.
Is this only for Sydney businesses?
For now, yes. I focus on Sydney because local knowledge matters - I know the suburbs, the competition patterns, and the seasonal trends. If I expand beyond Sydney in the future, I'll update this page.
